Après 1an sans visite intéressante avec d'autres agences , Thomas a repris en main le vente de notre bien avec l'engagement de visites prometteuses, des points réguliers sur la situation et un bien vendu avant le mois de mai. Moins de 3 mois après nous avions une promesse de vente signée, aujourd'hui sous compromis. Plus de visite en 2 mois que nous en avions eu en 1 an et surtout des visites bien orientées. Trés compétent, trés réactif

la maison a été vendue en 4/5 jours a partir de la mise en vente et de l'affichage. Thomas est vraiement "démerde ". Il est bien connu à Villeneuve et a un réseau bien en place. Il a fait une estimation très juste, ce qui est très important a la fois pour le vendeur et l'acheteur. Bon rapport avec les administrations concernées et avec le notaire. Très satisfait de sa prestation !!!!
